Our expertise spans ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and custom ARM Cortex-M platforms. We handle the complete product lifecycle from initial concept and proof-of-concept through design verification testing (DVT), production validation testing (PVT), and manufacturing handoff. Our firmware is developed in C/C++ with RTOS support (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and includes communication protocols like LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, cellular (4G/LTE/NB-IoT), and industrial Modbus/CAN Bus.

We've successfully designed and deployed embedded systems for steam trap monitoring, EV charging stations, RFID readers, environmental sensors, and industrial control units - all operating reliably in harsh industrial environments with temperatures ranging from -40C to +85C.

Custom PCB Design

Multi-layer PCB design (up to 8 layers) with high-speed signal routing, impedance-controlled traces, and EMC-optimized layouts using Altium Designer and KiCad. We handle component selection, thermal analysis, power integrity simulation, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) reviews to ensure your boards pass manufacturing quality checks on the first run.

Firmware Development

Bare-metal and RTOS-based firmware in C/C++ for ESP32, STM32, ARM Cortex-M, and AVR platforms. We implement FreeRTOS and Zephyr RTOS for complex multi-tasking applications, develop custom bootloaders for secure OTA firmware updates, and build hardware abstraction layers (HAL) that decouple your application logic from specific MCU peripherals for easier hardware migration.

Wireless Communication

LoRaWAN (Class A/B/C), Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n/ac), BLE 5.0, Zigbee 3.0, and cellular (4G/LTE Cat-M1/NB-IoT) integration for IoT connectivity. We design custom LoRaWAN gateways, implement mesh networking topologies, and build secure communication stacks with TLS 1.3 encryption, certificate-based authentication, and secure key provisioning.

Sensor Integration

Temperature (RTD, thermocouple, NTC), humidity, pressure, vibration (accelerometer, gyroscope), current/voltage (CT, shunt), gas, and optical sensor integration. We handle analog signal conditioning with precision ADCs, digital filter design (Kalman, moving average, median), sensor calibration routines, and fault detection algorithms for reliable measurement in noisy industrial environments.

Power Management

Ultra-low power design achieving microamp-level sleep currents for battery-operated field devices. We implement multi-stage power regulation, dynamic voltage scaling, sleep mode scheduling, and wake-on-event triggers. Solar energy harvesting circuits with MPPT controllers for remote deployments where battery replacement is impractical or impossible.

Prototype to Production

Complete product development lifecycle from concept validation with breadboard prototypes, through engineering samples with custom PCBs, to production-ready designs with injection-molded enclosures.
